WHERE WE ARE
Waterfront House is set in a breath taking spot right at the heart of Dartmouth harbour, overlooking the harbour and Lower Ferry, with views stretching out to the sea and down the estuary. The harbour sea laps six paces from the front door.
Directions to Waterfront House
Arriving in Dartmouth by ferry – Lower or Higher ferry or by road from Totnes:
- Follow the one way system until you have the harbour on your left hand side.
- Follow the Waterfront road (With the harbour water on your left).
- At Platform 1 restaurant (on your left) keep straight on.
- Follow the road until you see the 3 storey Harbour office on your right.
- Waterfront House is 3 doors along on your right
Parking and Check in
Double park outside the property and check in with your luggage.
You can then follow us to the park and ride where we will give you a permit. Then we can bring you back into the town on our shuttle bus. On check out we will take you and your luggage back to your car.
Please note: Our shuttle bus is only available until 4pm, but there is usually parking in the town which will cover you until 11am the next day

For direct booking customers parking is free, for Booking.com customers parking is £5 per day, which can be paid on check out.
